When onboarding new clients we will initially provide three options for engagement under two development methodologies. Fixed cost projects, specialist rates, dedicated self-managed teams. The development methodologies used will be Agile and Waterfall. To ensure the client is matched with the best option for their project we will complete a detailed review of their scope, expectations, capacity, and budget.

When projects have a clear scope and fixed requirements our team is able to provide budget predictability.
SPECIALISTS RATES
If requirements are evolving or the focus is on consulting we are able to offer pay-as-you-go solutions. This option allows for increased flexibility on scope and timeline.
DEDICATED SELF-MANAGED TEAMS
For our clients with more robust needs, we are able to provide dedicated teams. This allows for increased flexibility and project evolution, continuous client communication and involvement with fixed budgetary measures in place.
DEVELOPMENT METHODOLOGIES
AGILE DEVELOPMENT
The agile method of engagement is designed to support clients who have evolving needs with project iterations that may be dependent on user feedback or data collection. It is also beneficial for clients with complex development requirements that require the flexibility to evolve once in motion and for organizations with tight deadlines to bring their products to market. The agile approach allows for multiple project iterations, teams to focus on development over initial planning, instant feedback integration, and evolving project scope.
WATERFALL DEVELOPMENT
This development method is far more linear than the Agile methodology. It works well for organizations that have clearly defined needs and require high levels of project predictability, tracking and/or integrations with external systems. Thorough planning and documentation is completed before development begins allowing all stakeholders the opportunity to review the entire process, dependencies and tasks.
